KERALA CONGRESS IS A PARIAH

The rubber growers in central Travancore have their own party called the “Kerala Congress.”

It is dominated by the Christians, who wield considerable power in Kerala politics.

Recently the party is in the news, following one more split. It has split God knows how many times.

Now two groups are trying to join, one the United Front led by the Congress, and the other, the Left United Front led by the Communists. There is opposition in both fronts against their inclusion, because of the shameful record of this “radio active” party in the State. Daily, Malayalam News Channels are dominated by this party’s fate!

KANNUR IS BLEEDING

Ever since I can remember, this  beautiful North Malabar district is  witness to bloody encounters.

Thousands of people, all young men, have lost their lives. I have seen films depicting the gory details of murder and blood.

The battle is still going on. Senior citizens should intervene to stop this distressing feud.

All those families, who have lost their near and dear should be brought together and the process of reconciliation initiated, with leaders of all groups attending the meeting.

A number of messages came back undelivered. Those who have given the address to the web site manager, might have changed it or never used it. As these were given for public information, it is essential to keep them updated.
